We worked Sunday so I had to display my support for the Steelers in a work appropriate fashion:

It's making me sad to think that I'll be leaving in 6 weeks.  I've really been enjoying SoCal and the people we work with. Ash and I floated to a different unit Sunday, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.  They had a party and shared tons of food with us.

There were different foods and snacks that I had never tried before. Including yam flavored ice cream.

After work some of us went out cosmic bowling and then to a bar.  We had so much fun.  

Everyone in LA seems to have a "story", something incredible, or my favorite - kind of bizarre.  It's my favorite thing to ask people their background and where they are from.  So many characters..

But, I will be ready to go in February. I can't wait to see my parents again and ski for a week in Tahoe, and I can't wait to explore a new are and meet more incredible people.
